Score Validity
The accuracy of scores (operationalized constructs) for a particular use.
- Ex: Scores meant to measure conscientiousness should predict which employees show up on time.
- Ex: A Big Five questionnaire written in English, given to people who are just learning to speak English, will not be a valid measure of those traits.
